Welcome to my new  blog!

It has been about a year since I've blogged, so bear with me as I get used to it again.

I'm a wife, mother, teacher, role model, daughter, and superhero all rolled up into one.  This blog is going to be a brief insight into my life as the wife of a deployed soldier and everything that comes with it.  I'm hoping to be able to help some of you out there by giving you fitness tips, helping you with deployments, giving tips of being a parent when you are getting ready to put your kids up for sale on ebay, you know, the usual every day kind of stuff.
